Most of my career has been spent inside large, successful companies — sometimes leading from within, sometimes advising from the outside. Over and over, I noticed the same pattern: businesses pour energy into the strategies they believe will fuel growth, but they rarely pause to ask their clients what actually matters to them. And when you do ask? The answers are often surprising, and almost always different from the internal narrative.
That realization lit a fire in me. I became passionate about helping companies grow by focusing not on assumptions, but on the voices of their clients — the very people who decide whether they win or lose in the market. The company grew out of that passion.
